Covid-19 Policy

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to feel safe in your booking with us.

*correct as of 01/10/2020

On-Site at Waterbridge Weddings

Seating

In order to ensure minimal transmission of COVID-19, tables and benches will be arranged to seat groups of six. This is in compliance with the government's guidance around the 'rule of six'. Tables will be spaced in line with relevant guidelines.

Sanitation

Our lovely onsite cleaners will have a rota of more frequent toilet, surfaces and general cleaning and sanitisation.

Face Coverings

Face coverings will not need to be worn when seated, however we do ask that guests do wear them when moving around the covered areas, and when queuing for and inside the toilet trailer(s).

Hand Gel

Hand gel will be available at multiple points across the site. We ask guests and the wedding party sanitise their hands as often as possible.

Music, singing and dancing policy

Under the current guidelines, dancefloors not dancing are not permitted. However, singing is permitted in groups of six: so a little sing-song around your table is allowed!

Cancellation

In these uncertain times, none of us are very keen on making financial commitments to things we're unsure can happen! Don't worry: we understand, and we're here to help.

If your wedding needs to be cancelled due to government guidelines, then your date can be rescheduled for no additional fee to an available date in the future. Any payments made will go towards the rescheduled date.

For bookings made after 1st January 2021, this policy will be updated to reflect the circumstances at that time.
